You may be late for court hearings. Sometimes we just do not get along with him, or ask for some relief, and always tells you what you are asking is impossible. What do you do? 1. Document the reasons you are not satisfied with the services of his attorney. Document every incident that occurs. Some of the documentation must be date and time of occurrence.
2. Contact your attorney in writing. Send this letter. In his letter, summarising the reasons why they are not happy with their services. Use the documentation to be created. Let him know that if things do not improve, they will “take appropriate action.” Give your lawyer a week or two to explain and rectify the situation. Be sure to keep a copy of this letter.
